Revocation
If you live in the EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without stating a reason. In addition to this legal right, Filtervision offers a 30-day trial period, allowing you to try out your glasses at your leisure.
How to cancel your order
Send an email to support@filtervision.nl with your order number, or use the model form below. We will send you the return instructions and the return address. After your notification, you have 14 days to return the product.
During the statutory cooling-off period, you may try on the glasses as you would in a store. If you use them more than necessary to assess the glasses, we may deduct any loss of value from the refund.
Refund
After approval of your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days at the latest using the same payment method you used.
