Step by step

Returns work as follows:

Step 1

Please fill in the form below with your complete order number. For example FV1099 and not 1099.

Step 2

Print the label you receive by e-mail and firmly stick it over the old label on the box or shipping bag.

Step 3

Place the glasses back in their original packaging, including the case and cleaning cloth.

Step 4

Hand in your parcel at a PostNL point and keep the proof of postage, just in case.
